Currently, we grow a wide variety of microgreens including, radish, pea shoots, sunflower shoots, arugula, mustard, red cabbage, broccoli, fennel, basil, and beets, which make their way to grocery stores and restaurants in Livingston, Bozeman, Belgrade, Big Timber and Big Sky. Microgreens are versatile adding a burst of flavor, color, and texture to everything from salads and sandwiches to smoothies and garnishes. Beyond their culinary appeal, they are an ideal choice for those seeking fresh, local, and sustainably grown food, as they require less resources to produce and have a quick growth cycle.
